Uganda Martyrs University (UMU) was well represented at the 15th Technical and Advisory Meeting (TAM) for Leaders of African Centers of Excellence (ACE) which took place at Imperial Resort Beach Hotel Entebbe from 22nd – 26th May, 2023. The meeting was opened by the Director for Higher Education, Ms. Jane Egau Okou (representing the PS).
The UMU team was led by the Centre Leader ACALISE Dr. Jude Ssebuwufu who also chaired a session on 24th May 2023.
The event was closed by Dr. Jonathan Stephen Mbwambo, the Project Coordinator of the East and Southern Africa Higher Education Centers of Excellence Project (ACE II). While touring the UMU Exhibition stall, he appreciated the ACALISE Project for their innovations that are going to improve people’s livelihoods.
