On Friday, 10th November 2023, Mr Ronoh Kipkemoi Amos successfully defended his PhD thesis titled “Effect of Fortifying Sorghum and Wheat with longhorn grasshopper (Ruspolia differens) Powder on the Nutritional and Sensory qualities of biscuits” at Uganda Martyrs University. Mr. Kipkemoi will be awarded a Doctorate in Agroecology and Food Systems at the next Graduation Ceremony of Uganda Martyrs University.
